   1. The name of Grace Slick’s daughter is China, and the notion that the little girl was originally named „God“ was the product of a joke worked out before her birth.

      1. Interesting. So….when she wrote “White Rabbit”, was she talking about her childhood and relationship with her own mother? I wonder. 🦋

      2. I don’t know how much the song has to do with Grace’s mother. But the lyrics of „White Rabbit“ where certainly inspired by „Alice In Wonderland“ and the hallucinatory effect of psychedelic drugs. The music goes back to Ravel’s „Bolero“.

      3. Ah, yes. “Alice in Wonderland”. 🌷
